Terms of Service
Effective 1 May 2025
These terms govern your use of Calibrd. By creating an account or using the extension you agree to them. They are written to be short and readable — please take a moment to read the sections most relevant to you.
What Calibrd is
Calibrd is a Chrome extension and web service that generates interview preparation reports from job postings. Reports include CV analysis, experience gap analysis, cover letter drafts, predicted interview questions, AI coaching, and compensation benchmarks. All output is AI-generated and intended as a starting point for your own preparation — not professional career advice.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@calibrd.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Payments and access
Reports are free, up to three a day on a free account. Everything else is sold as a pass: a single payment that unlocks full access for a fixed period — 7, 30 or 90 days. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
A pass expires at the end of its period and access ends with it. Buying another pass while one is still running adds its days to the time you already have rather than replacing it. Each pass includes a set number of voice mock interview rounds (5, 15 and 45 respectively) and a set number of questions answered by the founder; any left unused end when the pass does.
Purchases made under our retired coaching-credit model were converted to access at no cost to the buyer.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you agree to Stripe's consumer terms.
Refunds
If a pass isn't working for you, email support@calibrd.com within 14 days and we'll refund it. Just tell us what went wrong — it is the one thing we ask, we read every one, and it is how the product gets fixed. You get the refund either way.
If you are in the EU or UK, the law already gives you 14 days to change your mind on anything bought online. Nothing in these terms takes that away.
Acceptable use
You may use Calibrd for your own personal job search. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account
- Use Calibrd to generate reports on behalf of third parties as a paid service
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying models or prompts
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
AI-generated content
All report content is generated by AI (Claude, by Anthropic) based on the job posting and CV you provide. Calibrd makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated output for any particular purpose.
You own any content you input. You are free to use, edit, and publish report output for your personal job search. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your generated reports.
Disclaimer of warranties
Calibrd is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that using Calibrd will result in interview success, a job offer, or any specific outcome. Compensation benchmarks are estimates and not financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calibrd's liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid features. Your continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the change.
Governing law
Calibrd is based in Sweden and operates under EU consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, except where mandatory local law in your jurisdiction takes precedence.
EU and EEA residents. You retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of that country. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
All other users. Where mandatory local law in your jurisdiction grants you rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights are not affected by these terms. Any remaining disputes may be submitted to Swedish courts.
